Local NBA Star Accused Of Rape - Philadelphia 76ers player Nick Young is being sued by a woman for sexual assault. She is claiming that he drugged her back in 2011 at a Hollywood nightclub before raping her. She believes that he slipped the 'date rape' drug into the champagne that he bought for her. She claims that she doesn't remember anything but waking up in Young's bed the next morning bleeding. She said after he dropped her off the next morning she went to a Rape Treatment Center, where she took a rape kit and was tested for STDs. The test she took at the center, she says, confirmed she had been drugged. The tests concluded that the injuries to her vagina and rectum were consistent with rape. LAPD cops say they dismissed her claim because her story didn't make sense. They also say at the time she went to cops, she was already talking about a lawsuit, and that made them even more suspicious. The West Hollywood bar where she met Young, Crown Bar, is also named as a defendant in the lawsuit. She is suing them for negligence. Young is being sued for sexual battery, sexual assault and false imprisonment.
