LIL' KIM: Neck Bace After Car Accident

Lil' Kim was reportedly involved in a car accident that left her in a neck brace.

Early this morning (Monday), the Queen Bee tweeted, “Hi, my luvs. I’m OK -- minor car accident that left me with whiplash. Now I’m stuck wearing this stupid brace for a week and a half, but I’ll be fine.”

After a number of retweets, Kim thanked her fans, saying, “Thank you all for your prayers and support. I Luv you all. God is great! #mykillerbeehive.”

MY 2 CENTS:

  • It seems like she's fine and just wanted some attention.
  • The neck brace is probably not lined with chinchilla.
  • Let's hope this story doesn't turn into something more, like not wearing a seatbelt, reckless driving or something along those lines.

NATE DOGG: Baby Mama Legal Drama

Even though it's been two years since Nate Dogg passed away, he's still embroiled in a child support battle.

According to TMZ, one of Nate's baby mamas is trying to block the other's attempt to get more money from the estate. Rhoda Mouton has asked a judge in L.A. to deny Omena Norris's request for an increase in support for the child she had with Nate back in 2006. 

Mouton claims that Norris lied about her son's Social Security payments and doesn't understand why she needs her support bumped up an extra $200. Mouton even takes it a step further, saying the judge should actually cut Norris's support by more than 50 percent, to $802 per month.

A judge has yet to rule.

MY 2 CENTS:

  • As long as the money is there, what difference does it make?
  • You'd hate for Nate's legacy ultimately to be about legal battles between baby mamas.
  • This has reality TV written all over it.

KOBE BRYANT: Settles Lawsuit With Parents

Kobe Bryant and his mother have finally settled the lawsuit over his basketball memorabilia. 

Kobe's mom, Pamela Bryant, was trying to auction off jerseys, rings, trophies and other items belonging to her son. She'd claimed that he gave these things to her, but Kobe says she was just pissed because he wouldn't buy her an expensive house in Vegas. 

Kobe's parents agreed to submit a letter of apology to their son, and in return he'll allow Pamela to sell about 10 percent of the items. The statement reads, "We regret our actions and statements related to the Kobe Bryant auction memorabilia. We apologize for any misunderstanding and unintended pain we have caused our son and appreciate the financial support he has provided over the years."

  • With all the millions he makes, he can't buy his parents a house?
  • He didn't ask to be born. He owes his parents nothing.
  • You know when your mom has to issue a public apology, things will be a little chilly at Thanksgiving dinner.
