The media-loving Kardashians are being uncharacteristically quiet about the birth Kim and Kanye's firstborn.

The couple didn't immediately release the name of the baby girl, who was born Saturday morning at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, reportedly five weeks early.

Here's what we do know:

• Kim delivered the baby naturally.
• She weighed in at under five pounds.
• A source says the newborn "has dark hair" and "looks just like Kim."
• Kanye was by Kim's side when their girl was welcomed into the world. 

Both mother and baby are happy and healthy, E! News confirms.

Khloe addressed the radio silence, tweeting, "More info will come when the time is right! Thank you all for understanding! We love you all dearly! Overwhelmed with love right now." 

Jay-Z will drop a new album, Magna Carta Holy Grail, on July 4th.

Hova made the announcement during an epic two-minute commercial for the Samsung Galaxy phone during Sunday night's game five of the NBA Finals. Judging from the ad, the album will feature beats from Pharrell, Timbaland, Swizz Beatz and Rick Rubin, all of whom were featured in the clip.

According to Samsung, Magna Carta Holy Grail will be available for free for the first one million Samsung users who download a special app. The app will be available via Google Play on June 24th. 

On a site for the album, Jay-Z wrote, "The Internet is like the Wild West -- we need to write the new rules."

Beyonce and video game giant Gate Five won't be going to court after all. They've settled a suit over Bey's backing out of a deal at the last minute.

She was supposed to provide the moves for a motion-capture dance game called Starpower: Beyonce, but the plan fell apart. Mrs. Carter says the company couldn't prove it had the cash to promote the project, while lawyers for Gate Five say she showed diva behavior and walked away for no good reason.

A lawyer for Gate Five tells the New York Post "I can't discuss the terms of the settlement, [but] we've settled amicably."
