"The Power Squad", Power 99's Dance Team
A dance team for girls in high school and college (juniors and seniors) that love the art of hip-hop dance and are academically achieving a 2.3 GPA or higher. The dance team will perform at Power 99 events. If this is you or someone you know, come audition for the Power Squad and bring your latest report card.

Yandy Smith's boyfriend, Mandeecees Harris, has officially been acquitted in relation to the sexual assault charges against him. Back in 2010 he was arrested and charged with aggravated sexual assault, criminal sexual assault and child endangerment because he was believed to be having a sexual relationship with his live-in girlfriend's daughter. The teenager's aunt and grandmother were not happy with the results of the case and said that they truth would eventually come out.
