Zico Coconut water is suing Ochocinco for breach of contract. Zico says that they hired Chad to be a positive spokesperson for the brand and that his 2012 assault of Evelyn Lozada is a breach of that contract. He was supposed to, "refrain from engaging in any conduct that reflects unfavorably upon Zico" and after the headbutt incident they asked for their money back. Chad refused now they are suing.
