Former American Idol contestant Cory Clark sues Fox News for libel. Reports say that the $120 million dollar lawsuit against Fox states that Clark left out having an affair with former judge Paula Abdul. And that Fox hired people in a sham investigation about the affair. Although reports say that Abdul denies the affair Clark says he did indeed have an affair with the judge back in 2005 leading up to the investigation. Clark says its misleading to say they acted as independent counsel. And as a result of the libel situation Clark says that his record company has stopped promoting his upcoming work and is ruining his reputation as an artist in the business.
