Despite reports, Shawty Lo wasn't arrested this past weekend. Reports said that Shawty Lo -- real name Carlos Walker, was arrested for failure to pay child support. This was just off the heels of news that the rapper's show All My Babies' Mamaswas cancelled. On Friday (January 18th), a picture surfaced on the Internet of Shawty Lo being handcuffed by a City of Atlanta police officer.According to HiphopEnquirer, Shawty's manager Johnie Cabbal stated the picture is just a scene from the video shoot from an upcoming single.
