Real Housewives of Atlanta star and singer Kandi Burruss is engaged. According to Us Weekly, a rep confirmed that Kandi's boo Todd Tucker, 39, popped the question on New Year's Day during a New Year's celebration with friends at their home. Tucker reportedly spoke to Kandi's 10-year-old daughter Riley before proposing -- who gave her blessing. He gave Kandi a two-carat diamond ring by Gregg Ruth. Kandi said about the proposal, "I was totally surprised" and that she shed a few tears.
