
According to TMZ.com, Jermaine Dupri's Atlanta's mansion avoiding foreclosure for the second time in four months. Back in September, JD almost lost the home after failing to pay $193,404 in mortgage payments, but he saved the home, claiming the bill was erroneous. Jermaine still failed to make the payments and a new auction date was set for January 2nd. Right after Christmas, Jermaine claimed that the foreclosure company continually failed to prove that JD actually owes the money. The company claims he owes roughly $410,000 on the home - Jermaine insists he only owes $111,845. The judge sided with Jermaine and canceled the auction. The debt dispute has not been scheduled yet.
