Sources tell TMZthat the house is 10,000 square-feet and located in a private, gated community.Kimye have apparently owned the place for a few weeks and have already begun to gut it to build their 14,000 square-foot dream house. The new house will be an Italian-style villa with a gym, movie theater, full hair and makeup salon, bowling alley, basketball court, and an indoor and outdoor pool.
