Ludacris is taking Texas Couple, Demetri and Donna Evans-Brown to court over the rights to the name ‘Disturb The Peace’. Luda claims that the couple is illegally using the phrase as the title of their audio equipment and recording business. Ludacris has owned the trademark for “Disturbing Tha Peace’ since 2003 and is suing the couple for damages and legal fees. The damages include people’s confusion of the title of the couple’s company with Luda’s affiliation with the products.
