Katt Williams is in hot water yet again! After leading police on a chase through Sacramento on a three-wheeler the comedian went into a Target store and started causing trouble. Williams and an employee got into some sort of verbal argument that ended with Katt slapping the employee in the face. The victim did not retaliate physically but he did call the police. There's no audio in the video but you can definitely see what went down.
