Chris Brown will not face criminal charges for taking a woman's phone from her back in February. The woman was allegedly trying to snap a picture of the singer outside of a Miami Beach club when he snatched the phone from her and took it. He later through the phone out of his limo's window and it was retrieved by security to be returned to the owner. Prosecuters say that there was no evidence that Brown intended to steal the phone and he didn't delete any pictures so robbery and theft have been cleared as charges.
