A judge has ruled that Halle Berry's ex Gabriel Aubry will be allowed to resume visitation with their 4-year-old daughter Nahla. According to Perezhilton.com, Gabriel also asked the judge to prohibit Halle's fiance Olivier Martinez from having contact with Nahla,but Olivier will be able to spend time with Nahla and will not be charged in their Thanksgiving brawl. It is also highly unlikely that Gabriel will be prosecuted for battery.
