Yet another man has come forward accusing Kevin Clash of having sex with him when he was underage. According to TMZ, the accuser filed the lawsuit under the name "John Doe" and said that Clash used alcohol to lure him into participating in oral sex. The individual claims that he was 16 and Clash was around 40 when the interaction took place. The accuser and Clash allegedly stayed in contact after the intercouse but no other sexual contact took place until he was of age. He is suing for unspecified damages.
