The father of Halle Berry's daughter, Gabriel Aubry, and her current fiance Oliver Martinez both ended up in the hospital after an altercation on Thanksgiving. According to TMZ, Aubry went to Bery's house to drop their four year old daughter Nahla off. Oliver allegedly walked up to him and said "We have to move on." The two then started to shove each other and throw punches until Oliver had Gabriel pinned to the ground. It is reported that Gabriel suffered a broken rib, cuts and a possible head injury while Oliver may have broken his hand. Gabriel was later taken into police custody on battery charges.
