Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak has responded to her parents recent negative public statements towards her. Kim's mom Karen Zolciak wants to get custody of Kim's four kids and has said that Kim is "using her children as pawns" since she is keeping the kids from her and Kim's dad Joe.

Kim's rep Jack Ketsoyan told the RadarOnline.com that Kim is "heartbroken and saddened by the derogatory and spiteful statements made by her mother and father, Karen and Joe Zolciak. She "cannot comprehend for what rational purpose her parents have decided to humiliate their grandchildren's mother in such a public display of hatred and fabrications."
