Bobby Brown has pleaded 'not guilty' to his third, most recent DUI charge. On October 24 he was pulled over for a traffic violation in California. He failed several sobriety tests and a breathalyzer. He was charged with the DUI, driving without a license and driving without his court ordered alcohol-sensing ignition device. His lawyer represented him in court where the judge accepted his plea and ordered him to attend Alcoholics Anonymous meetings until his next hearing in December. If convicted, he could face two years in jail.
