Rihanna's "cockiness" got shut down at her favorite tattoo parlor earlier this month. She went to to her tattoo artist and asked him to ink her up- on her face. During an interview she told GQ magazine, "The tattoo artist said, 'Nope, I'm not gonna do it. Because if you're looking at your face, it's right there staring at you'". The singer is no stranger to body art- she already has over 14 tats.
