Lindsay Lohan has finally caught a small break as reports state that there will be no prosecution in her alleged hit and run case which occurred last month.According to the New York Times, LiLo was expected to appear in court Tuesday, October 23 to discuss charges when a pedestrian in New York stated that she hit his leg as she was traveling into the parking garage of her hotel.The man, identified as Juan Rodriguez, went to the hospital shortly after the incident.
