Jim Jones is being sued by a Miami night club for $15,000. This past May the rapper was scheduled to perform at Coco's Nightclub. He was paid $5,000 in advance for the appearance. Before Jones stepped on stage one of his entourage member's allegedly fired a gun shot in the building which then had to be evacuated. Coco's is suing for the $5,000 performance fee as well as damages and breech of contract.
