According to a source Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kenya Moore has been evicted from the Atlanta mansion she rents. A judge ruled in favor of Kenya's landlord yesterday who sued Kenya for failing the to pay the full rent for the month of May. The landlord, Conya Weems said in a statement, "The decision to file this eviction notice regarding Ms. Moore was reached after pursuing every possible amicable way to settle this matter privately. I am grateful that the judicial system has brought finality to this eviction process and I look forward to regaining possession of my home."

According to sources Mary J . Blige is being sued by a promotional company called Vision Entertainment Worldwide for cancelling a performance in Dallas. The company has claimed that the singer was due to perform on December 9, 2013 but cancelled a few days before hand because she had to perform with Mick Jagger and Rolling Stones on Demcember 8th. The company is suing for breach of contract and is demanding $145,000 in damages.

Deal in Works to bring $100 million to Philly Schools- Governor Corbett's administration is working to develop a funding package that could bring as much as $100 million into the Philadelphia School District. The money would include federal funds which would come with some serious strings attached. Some of those strings could require to work longer hours and contribute to their health care coverage. The city is trying to fill the $304 million gap by July 1st- which was part of the reason close to 4000 school employees have been laid off. Superintendent Hite has asked for $60 million from the city, $120 million from the state and another $133 million from unions. This is in addition to the new property and cigarette taxes that have been approved to bring money into the school district. 

McDonald’s Worker Sues- A Pennsylvania McDonalds is in hot water after paying their employees with prepaid debit cards. A 27 year old employee has filed a lawsuit after her first pay check was one of these cards instead of a paper check. She was told that the card along with direct deposit were the only options. The card has high fees including $1.50 for ATM withdrawal, $5 for over the counter withdrawals, .75 for online bill payment and $15 replacement fees.

Tyler Perry Does Good Deed- Tyler Perry has reached out to help the man who was paralyzed while trying to save a 4 year old girl. The man broke his neck and became paralyzed when he dove into a creek to save the little girl who was drowning. His condition has gotten worse since being in the hospital and Tyler Perry coughed up $50,000 to help with the man's recovery.

Woman Unmasks Robber Only To Find Out It’s Her Damn “Grandson”- A New Mexico grandmother confronted an intruder in her home when she ripped off his purple bandana and discovered that the robber was her own grandson. The 22 year old is facing robbery charges after he pushed his grandmother away stole her purse from her home. He later admitted committing the crime and said that he needed money for the casino. 

A Messed Up Father’s Day Surprise- A Father's Day outing left one St. Louis dad very confused when he received a bill that had extra charges for his "fin needy kids". The man said that he called the Friendly's Sports Bar & Grill prior to going to make sure that it was okay he brought his young son despite the restaurants 21+ policy. The restaurant accommodated but the waitress clearly was not too pleased with the extra chicken leg the man ordered for his son. The restaurant manager stuck up for the employee saying that the message was a joke for kitchen staff only and was mistakenly not taken off the bill prior to being given to the customer. 

Vacant Properties In Philly To Be Auctioned Off- The Max Spann Authion Company, the Philadelphia Housing Authority and city leaders convened for a press conference where they announced that 265 long term vacant properties will be auctioned off. The auctions will take place on July 16th with the hope of beautifying the city and putting the properties back on the tax rolls. 

Fake Taylor Swift Tweet About Kanye- Taylor Swift's alleged tweet to Kanye West about his baby took over the internet but it has turned out to be a fake. The tweet was a jab back at west for his comments during the 2009 MTV awards where he interrupted T-Swift. The new tweet said "@KimKardashian @KanyeWest Yo I'm happy for you and imma let you finish but Beyonce had one of the best labors of all time." It is believed that the screen shot of the tweet came from a Tumblr page and not her real account.

The other man was paraplegic and couldn’t move his legs.  This crazy stabbed the paraplegic and cut his private off!!! WHAT??

Day Care Worker Gives Kids Drugs- In Ohio, a day care worker sprinkled drugs on snacks to get the children in her day care center to sleep during the day.  They claim obtained text messages in which the woman admits giving children the allergy drug Benadryl and Melatonin, a hormone and sleep aid. The woman said its a misunderstood joke.

Serena Williams In Hot Water- Remember what happened in Stubenville?? Two high school football players were convicted of rape in the case and sentenced to at least a year in a juvenile detention center in March. Well Serena Williams was asked in an interview with Rolling Stone. “Do you think it was fair, what they got? Serena responded, “They did something stupid, but I don’t know. I’m not blaming the girl, but if you’re a 16-year-old and you’re drunk like that, your parents should teach you—don’t take drinks from other people. She’s 16, why was she that drunk where she doesn’t remember? It could have been much worse. She’s lucky. Obviously I don’t know, maybe she wasn’t a virgin, but she shouldn’t have put herself in that position, unless they slipped her something, then that’s different.

Reports say that Rihanna was late once again for another concert in the UK on her Diamonds World Tour. According to a source the singer was two hours late for her show in Birmingham, UK. She hit the show after 10:30pm for the concert that was supposed to start at 8pm. During the concert the pop diva hit a fan with her microphone because the fan kept pulling on her arm and wouldn't let go.
