I reported a few weeks ago a woman wanted a court to force Michael Jordan to take a paternity test to prove that he was the father of her 16 year old son. TMZ reports that Pamela Smith has filed papers asking a judge to dismiss her case against Jordan. Slam dunk for MJ...uh no...maybe a free throw made for Jordan because her case was dismissed without prejudice meaning she can come back and sue Jordan at a later time (I learned that on Judge Joe Brown lol!) Maybe Jordan and Smith are working on a settlement...we'll see as this story develops.
