There's some hope left that former Sixer great Allen Iverson will make a return to the league! The Texas Legends which are a D-League affiliate of the Dallas Mavericks are actively trying to sign Iverson to a contract. The Legends have tried to sign Iverson before and AI declined but the difference now is the Legends have moved back to the top of the list in the D-League's waiver line, meaning they'd have an unobstructed path to signing Iverson if he decided to put his name in the D-League's player pool. The Legends have a history of bringing in former NBA players who have desires of making it back into the league.
