She praises The First Lady on being an inspiration not only to herself but for women across the world. In the viral above Queen Bey expresses her admiration for Michelle and all she has done for our country. 

Today Azealia Banks released the song “Neptune” from her mixtape “Fantasea”. The song has a great summer feel and features British artists SHYSTIE. Both artists are featured as mermaids on the cover artwork for “Neptune”.

The mixtape will be Bank’s second release of the summer and is set to drop this Wednesday.  Tracks like "Aquababe" and "Nathan" will be housed on her new release. "Fantasea” 's artwork features a blue haired mermaid swimming under a spotlight.

Instead of taking the holiday off Nicki Minaj was in her native Trinidad filming her latest video "Pound the Alarm". The video, which was directed by Benny Boom, seems to have a carnival theme and features Minaj in a red and black bikini with wings.
