Mariah Carey has just announced via twitter that her 13^th studio album is on its way and that the album’s first single will be released in early August. The “Hero” singer continued her announcement by stating the song, which is entitled “Triumphant” was written during a difficult time in her life, was produced by Brian Michael –Cox and Jermaine Dupri, and will feature MayBach Music’s Rick Ross and Meek Mill.
