However, there are different reports saying it may be half that number, with the recent update being 24 people with 9 children among the dead. .  Plenty people lost homes competely. The only safest shelter was down low, as in a basement. Several news outlets there were telling people to get low or get out of town if they could.  Schools, hospitals and businesses have been hit hard. It's definitely devastating to hear and see the pictures of the area. About 75 students were sheltered in one local elementary school, clinging to the walls as the tornado passed over, KFOR reports. The National Weather Service says the tornado rating was at least EF4, which means winds of 166 to 200 miles per hour. For a 17-year-old, Chief Keef can't seem to stay out of trouble and out the news. He was arrested yesterday in Atlanta for disorderly conduct, according to TMZ. At the time, they reported details for the arrest were unclear. But Hiphopwired said he was arrested for smoking weed in his hotel room. After his arrest, he tweeted, "Jus Got Out Of Dekalb County jail In Atlanta Mad As f**k." This kid can't catch a break!
