I have to give it to this young girl. I was on my Facebook page and saw someone posted a video of this 10-year-old dancing. It's definitely professional and you can tell this little girl has the passion for dance and this girl, Kaycee Rice can definitely teach old Miley Cyrus a thing or two. The funny thing that caught my eye was one site, Thought Catalog, said she had the soul of 1,000 drag queens! Check out this young dancer, who placed 1st Overall in a hip hop solo competition.
