Lil Wayne shot a new music video for his single "God Bless Amerika" in New Orleans but in the video he stomps on the American Flag. And of course, this is getting some negative attention. However, Lil Wayne says his trampling on the flag was an accident. Check out what he tweeted.
I didn't step on the flag on purpose! It's a scene in a video where the flag drops behind me and after it drop it's just there as I perform— Lil Wayne WEEZY F (@LilTunechi) June 18, 2013
Yeah we understand the flag fell, but Wayne did look down a few times and continued to step on the flag. Even though his song is a little controversial, do you think the producers will cut or recut that flag scene out of the video? Check out a snippet for yourself.
