Remember seasons ago on Real Housewives of Atlanta, when Kandi Burruss helped make Kim Zolciak into a character with the song "Tardy for the Party"? Ok, clearly we all thought it was a joke, but Kim took it seriously and apparently took Kandi for granted because she didn't pay for the song. Well know Kandi is trying to get her money from the song and is suing Kim. According to Access Atlanta, Kandi's lawsuit says she and the co-writer are seeking “damages for copyright infringement due to Defendants’ unauthorized and unlawful licensing, distribution and sale of Plaintiffs’ creative works, namely a sound recording embodying a performance of a musical composition entitled ‘Tardy for the Party.' And guess who will represent Kandi...yes, cast member Phaedra Parks!
