Investigators have arrested and charged a 19-year-old after school daycare worker of the same elementary school where a 5-year-old girl was abducted. Poilice say she may be the woman who was wearing the Muslim garb when the girl was taken out of the school. She is being charged with with rape and abduction. Since the abduction police have spent a lot of time with the victim trying to help her remember anything from that day.
The woman is facing 14 charges, including criminal conspiracy, aggravated assault, kidnapping, rape, involuntary deviant sexual intercourse, contact with a minor, unlawful restraint, false imprisonment, interference with the custody of a child, concealing the whereabouts of a child, indecent assault, simple assault, corruption of minors and recklessly endangering another person. DNA from the victims' shirt linked the 19-year-old to the crime. Yesterday, there were originally three others who were arrested with the woman, but they have been released since not much evidence was linked to them.
