Former drug kingpin Freeway Ricky Ross is still pissed about rapper Rick Ross using his name. He has been trying to fight the situation for a good while now. Now he is taking the rapper's label to court with a new trial date set at a later time. Freeway Ricky Ross told AllHipHop.com, “We will be deposing Sean Combs, Stephen Cooper, Lyor Cohen and Todd Moscowitz." He claims that the rapper Rick Ross is still flagrantly ripping off his image.
