This is crazy. Reliable people close to Beyonce and her people are saying that her and Jay-Z are going to put down a $100 million offer on a house. The thing is the house is Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch. There would be a few legal hoops the couple would have to go through to purchase the mansion. Their supposed plan is to remodel the house and add a number of high end recording studios on the property for artists that want to get away from the public to record, making it like a resort. The question is, are the Jackson's going to give it up?
