Boston Bombing Suspects Had Planned July 4th Attack - The Boston Marathon bombing suspects had originally planned to carry out their attack on the Fourth of July. They said the brothers moved up the date because they finished building their pressure cooker bombs earlier than they'd anticipated. The Boston Globe reported on its website that 19-year-old suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev aka DT, told investigators they'd discussed blowing up the bombs at Boston's July 4th celebration on the Charles River Esplanade.
Nas’ Lawyer Wants Lawsuit Dropped - Remember the $10 million lawsuit against my boo Nas over the kidnapping of a concert promoter in Africa. As we previously reported, a NJ promoter and his father were detained in Angola after Nas failed to show up to a concert series. The man sued Nas claiming that he and his father were detained, beaten and suffered a huge financial loss, which resulted in the foreclosure of his home. According to NJ.com, Nas' attorney has filed a motion to have the suit dropped, claiming that Nas wasn't at fault for missing the concerts. The lawyer said the promoter failed to pay Nas the $300,000 check for the shows before the agreed upon date time and didn't provide proper travel arrangements for the rapper. Nas’ lawyer also claimed that the promoter signed an agreement that stated that he wouldn't sue Nas for the concert if the $300,000 check didn’t come through.
Company Offers Raise If Employees Get Tats - Rapid Realty, a real estate firm out of New York, has offered 800 of its employees a 15% pay raise if they get the company's logo tattooed on their body. There were no size or location restrictions on the challenge and the company owner pays for the tattoo. About 40 employees have accepted the challenge so far and say that the bigger paycheck is all the motivation they need.
Abandoned Daughter Blasts ‘Dead’ Pennsylvania Mom - The 19 year old daughter of, Brenda Heist, the woman who disappeared for Pennsylvania 11 years ago was not too happy to hear that her mother was not dead like she believed for all of these years. The woman who was homeless and living in Florida was described as 'selfish' and her daughter said that she deserves to 'rot in hell'. She took to twitter to let out her anger and said, "To think that I would EVER want to talk to a woman like you.. I can't believe I wanted to possibly see you. F--- you ‘mother". She even said he regretted ever crying over her.
'International Clitoris Awareness Week' - With the masturbate-a-thon going on this month it's only appropriate that 'international clitoris awareness week' falls during the same time. 33 High School Students Suspended Over Twerk Video! - 33 students at Scripps Ranch High School in San Diego have been suspended after using school equipment to create a 'tweak video'. The 57 second clip shows several girls 'p-popping on the handstands' as a male students looks on. The students who are a part of a media class have been suspended for 5 days for violating the schools 'zero tolerance for sexual harassment' policy which bans, "verbal, visual, or physical conduct of a sexual nature made by someone from or in the educational setting". Seniors involved in the scandal may lose their privileges of attending prom and walking at graduation. Parents are saying that the school has gone a little far by suspending the students. Their fellow classmates have taken to Twitter to rally for their colleagues posting hashtags like #FreeTheTwerkTeam.
NJ Gov. Signs Overdose Law, Bon Jovi Applauds It - Gov. Christie signed a bill yesterday that encourages the reporting of overdoses so that victims can receive the appropriate medical treatment. The bill comes about in response to the large number of people who don't report drug overdoses out of fear of getting arrested for drug possession. The law is even extended to individuals on parole or probation so that they too report overdoses. Bon Jovi was present for the signing because of the fact that his daughter survived a drug overdose last year. Christie said, "it's our obligation to ensure that we are doing everything we can to prevent tragic deaths from drug overdoses." They hope to encourage other states to take similar steps.
Man Gets Arrested For Drinking A Half & Half Arizona Ice Tea - An undercover cop got a little too excited to arrest people a few days ago when he took someone into custody who was drinking an Arizona Iced Tea. The man was drinking the beverage in a liquor store parking lot when the officer asked to see the ingredients on the can because he thought it was an alcoholic beverage. The cop then asked the man to leave and when he refused his was arrested for trespassing.

She was only wearing glasses and shoes and had words written on her body to described the items of clothing that should have been there like 'bra', 'shirt' and 'pants'. The stunt was a part of a project being done by a Swiss artist that has the goal of 'shaking up the ordinary'. The naked model was supposed to have people 'think outside the box'.

Local Food Stores Remove Popcorn Product Due To Recall - Orville Redenbacher's Ready To Eat Kettele Korn has been recalled from the market because of 'undeclared milk' on the ingredient label. Giant and Martin's grocery stores have stopped selling the product because of the recall. It has been discovered that some of the bags may have been filled with white cheddar flavored popcorn which has a milk allergen. There haven't been any illnesses reported so far and customers are advised to either throw the bags away or go back to the stores for a refund until the recall has ended.
