You made it! See, that was easy, right? Hopefully this gave you a kick start to your new year's resolution to work out. So now that we are on Week 4, there is nothing to it. This is pretty much a recap of the past few weeks.
So for Week 4, this week is all about putting in your best work. Now you will do cardio just a little longer from when you first started to beat your fastest mile, beat your highest calorie burn or beat your best time in completing Power Challenge (see video).
