So I decided to add a bootcamp to my workouts. And this was the first one I attended. Who knew there would be this much running. Hey, these are real people and there was nothing cute about this workout lol.

What you will need:
1-2 cloves of garlic, chopped
half small onion, diced
handful of spinach, chopped or not
Pinch of sea salt and black pepper
Cooked turkey bacon (turkey sausage or even regular bacon)
Cook your bacon and set aside to cool. When it's cool, chop or break it up. Set oven to 350 degrees. Meanwhile, use a teaspoon of olive oil, or you can use olive oil spray and sautee the the onion and garlic for at least a minute. Then add the handful of spinach and sautee together until the spinach has welted down. Set aside. Get a bowl and start cracking your eggs. Add salt and pepper. Add the bacon and the spinach mixture and mix well. Spray olive oil in the muffin pan and fill each slot with the mixture and pop into the over for at least 15-20 minutes, or until done. If you're feeling froggy, add cheese. These are great for the week and there's your protein. Put them in a storage container when they are cooled. For the week, just take one and pop in the microwave for 30 seconds and that's your breakfast to go!
