Jay-Z Becomes Investor for Michael Rubin's Fanatics Brand

Jay-Z is partnering up with Michael Rubin again. The two sit on the board for the REFORM Alliance. Of course you heard about that because Meek Mill is also a part of the organization that's committed to probation, parole, and sentencing reform. Well aside from that partnership, Jay just became an investor for Michael's Fanatics brand, according to Hip Hop Wired. Of course Michael is the owner of the Philadelphia 76ers and trying to make his sports brand pop even more. Jay-Z, Roc Nation and other entities are contributing a total of $325 million dollars and will receive equity. With this move, Michael says that Fanatics wants to show up in different sales channels in the near future thus the recent fund raising. As a sports fan, he wants to make sure fans get any sports product they feel is for them through Fanatics.
