Richard Sherman Released from Jail and Apologizes for Breakdown

I am pretty sure it was a scary scene for Ashley Moss to call the police on her husband, football player, Richard Sherman. Last week, the baller was arrested for a domestic disputer. His wife called the police saying Richard had been drinking and said he'd been sending text messages to people threatening to kill himself. It had gotten so bad that he went to his in-laws and scared them as he kept banging on the door and yelling. Ricard reportedly left the house and started driving his vehicle and eventually crashed into a construction zone. He was arrested that Wednesday. But a judge has set him free with no bail after being booked for his behavior. A judge did mandate that Richard not use any alcohol or prescription drugs or have any interaction with his father-in-law. However, the ball player was stuck with four charges, according to ESPN. The judge hit him with misdemeanor and gross misdemeanor charges of criminal trespass in the second degree, malicious mischief in the third degree, misdemeanor charges of resisting arrest and driving under the influence. Richard did apologize for his behavior saying he has been going through some personal challenges. He added, "The importance of mental and emotional health is extremely real and I vow to get the help I need." Let's hope he does.
