I guess this divorce is really serious between Erica Mena and Safaree Samuels. Yes, we heard the two throw out the idea of getting a divorce before but then we found out they were expecting another child together. Well, that isn't going to help to keep that marriage going. Now that the second baby is here, Erica is still moving forward with the divorce, but it definitely sounds like it will get ugly. TMZ reports Safaree, Erica has destroyed a lot of his things. He has filed papers asking a judge to hold her in contempt for violating their domestic standing order, which prohibits them from harassing each other or destroying each other's property. Safaree says Erica destroyed his sneakers and motorbikes. Erica apparently did all this back in May, a few days after she filed for divorce. He says he even has receipts of Erica trashing things, since there are cameras throughout the house. For now, Safaree is asking the judge to force Erica to reimburse him around $50k for the damage.
