Black Doctors COVID-19 Consortium To do 24 Hour Vaxathon

When the pandemic hit, the Black Doctors COVID-19 Consortium was on it. They were in the communities in different locations giving COVID-19 tests. Now that there are vaccinations, the doctors have been in the communities giving the vaccines. Well they have announced a 24-hour vaxathon. They will be provided the vaccination from Friday from noon until Saturday (February 20) at noon. It will take place at the Liacouras Center. No appointment is necessary and walk ups are allowed. However, according to their Instagram page, you must meet a few criteria, such as living in their included zip code (Philadelphia residents only), so make sure you have proof of residency. Also, you have to be a phase 1b professions, over 75 and ages 18-74 with chronic medical conditions. Also, teachers who live in areas that are the hardest-hit will also be eligible.
