"Welcome to Sweetie Pie's" Owner Arrested for Murder Plot in Nephew's Death

I know Ms. Robbie is pissed and confused and hurt all over again. Of course she was on the reality show with her family on OWN for her restaurant, "Welcome to Sweetie Pie's". Her son, James Timothy Norman was her co-star but now he has been arrested for his alleged role in the 2016 shooting death of his nephew, Andre Montgomery, according to TMZ. This sounds like a movie or crime story on television. Apparently Tim, who owns Sweetie Pie's, was charged with conspiracy, murder for hire, but took out a $450k life insurance policy on his nephew back in 2014. That's when he started working with a woman, Terica Ellis to plot on a murder of his nephew, according to the feds, who claim the two of them communicated on burner phones. Yes, he is definitely crazy. Remember when Basketball Wives' Jennifer Williams dated him and had to go to court because he stalked and harassed her and even stole her car. But plotting to kill your nephew is wild! In documents, prosecutors claim Ellis got Andre's location the day of the murder, then called Tim and a little after that, Andre was shot and killed. And on top of that, the feds claim they ping'd Ellis' phone near the scene of the crime. Here is where is really sounds like a movie scene. After Andre, who was also featured on the reality show, was killed, Ellis called Tim, left town and deposited $9k in cash into various bank accounts. Prosecutors say Norman then contacted the life insurance company in an attempt to collect on the policy. Here is another crazy piece, there was an episode of Tim and his mom on the show, going to see where Andre was shot and killed.
