Spencer Alan Boston, 20, was in court for drug possession. He was trying to discuss his case and talked about how weed should be legalized. Well, he went a step further when he went into his pocket and pulled out a joint, lit it and began to smoke it. Yes, in the courtroom! He's gangster for that. He landed in jail on charges of disorderly conduct and simple drug possession, according to NBC News.
