Things went awry in Kannapolis, North Carolina this weekend, when a high school wrestling match turned into a BRAWL after one of the competitors’ dad decided to bum-rush the match and slam right into the kid!
Check out video of the incident below… he comes out of NOWHERE. The dad was apparently very upset, according to TMZ, of how the match was going, that he just decided to intervene himself. A brawl then ensued with numerous parents down at the mat, with the man eventually being taken down by the police. He was then arrested for simple assault and disorderly conduct, and later released on $1,000 bail.
Cops say the wrestler was luckily not injured, and the dad was sparked by an “alleged illegal move.”
