YK Osiris is using Drake's name to get out of Georgia. Remember, the singer got in trouble for assault, but is currently out in bond. However, YK needs immediate permission to leave the state of Georgia for a job opportunity. According to TMZ, he claims to have a chance to work with Drake, but he would have to fly to Toronto. So now YK is asking a judge to allow him that opportunity, although, I don't think the judge will really give a damn. And what's crazy is that something doesn't seem right. YK said a guy named Preme from Drake's team requested YK to come up for a recording session, but Drake's camp say his management was unaware of anything with YK and Drake because there is no collaboration in the works. But YK waited until Jan. 14 to file a request, although the studio time was allegedly booked Jan. 13-16, but the judge hasn't signed off on anything, yet. Something smells funny here.
