Philly Teenager Murders Foster Mom & Another Man in Stabbing Attack
This is sad. Somewhere along the way, multiple people failed this kid. Xavier Johnson, 17, has been charged with the stabbing murders of his foster mother, Reneee Gilroy, as well as another man that he spent time with in foster care.
