You know you've made it big when you've either been sued or have a mugshot. Well Lizzo has made it because she has been hit with another lawsuit. This time, it's not for any of her songs. But do you remember when Lizzo went all the way in on a Postmates driver about Lizzo's food? Lizzo apparently ordered some food to be delivered and shamed the female delivery driver by publicly accusing the woman of stealing the food. Lizzo included the woman's name and even a picture. Lizzo tried to apologize via Twitter but damage had already been done. According to Billboard, Tiffany Wells has decided to sue Lizzo for libel, intentional infliction of emotional distress and false light invasion of privacy. At one point, people started threatening Wells. The crazy thing is that Wells said she followed Postmates protocol and tried to contact Lizzo to let her know the food was there, but Lizzo never answer the call even when Wells stayed longer than she was supposed to. Wells claim after that public humiliation, she was fearful that people would recognize her and was "forced" to stop working as a carrier. Wells is seeking damages for a yet undetermined amount.
