Mo'Nique is Coming For Netflix and Suing for Discrimination

Mo'Nique is still feeling some type of way about Netflix. Remember when she wanted people to boycott the streaming service because she said she was low-balled in a comedy special deal. She was that Netflix offered Amy Schumer $11 million for a special but only offered Mo'Nique $500,000 for a stand-up special. But she isn't keeping quiet because according to TMZ, she is now suing Netflix. She is suing for discrimination. She accuses Netflix of race-based discrimination for how they tried to negotiate her deal. Does she have a case, because they didn't have to negotiate anything with Mo'Nique, nor did she accept the deal. But Mo'Nique is trying to throw more things in the mix to help justify her lawsuit, claiming Netflix has a severe lack of diversity, which contributes to their discriminatory practices. She even said one Netflix executive used the n-word in a meeting with 60 people in 2018, but she wasn't at that meeting. Well Netflix said that exec was fired over that incident and they will be fighting the lawsuit.
